Purpose: Locating nearby pharmacies, optimizing delivery, and finding on-duty services.

Tracking files collecting anonymous browsing data during your visit.
Purpose: Tracking your browsing preferences, improving global performance, and analyzing user traffic.
3. Legal Grounds for Processing
In accordance with cyberprotection regulations in Togo, we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
- Consent: Explicitly required for health data analysis (prescription upload) or sending direct marketing notifications. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Performance of a contract: Essential to process, validate your medication orders, and ensure their physical home delivery.
- Legal obligation: Required to comply with tax laws and regulations of the Togolese Ministry of Health.
- Legitimate interest: For the continuous improvement of our platforms, detection of security flaws, and fight against fraud.
4. Sharing your Data
Your data is never sold, rented, or exchanged with third parties for commercial or promotional purposes. It may be shared exclusively with the following actors to ensure the provision of our health services:
Authorized healthcare partners
Health data and medical prescriptions are exclusively transmitted to authorized pharmacists or healthcare professionals to medically validate prescriptions and prepare your orders.
Third-party service providers
Secure cloud hosting, banking processing of payment transactions, and courier services for home delivery. All our sub-contractors are bound by strong confidentiality commitments.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for the duration strictly necessary to fulfill the intended purposes:

- Secure infrastructures: Use of cloud computing infrastructures certified for health data hosting (HDS).
- Restricted access: Only partner pharmacists authorized to prepare your prescription have a limited reading right over it.
8. Privacy Policy Modifications
We may modify this privacy policy to comply with legal developments or to integrate new digital health features. Any modification will be notified to users via an in-app message or by email to the address provided during registration.
