Yes, accessing the search application, locating pharmacies, checking on-duty shifts, and chatting with the first-level assistant Mr CIZ are entirely free. Only the purchased medicines or home delivery fees remain at your expense.
When placing your order, select 'INAM Insurance' and enter your member number. The platform automatically verifies your eligibility and applies the coverage rate (usually 80%). The remaining balance is displayed before validation.
We currently accept INAM, NSIA, and Saham Insurance. Other partners will be progressively integrated. You can check the updated list in the 'Insurance' section.
Log in to your Patient Space, click on "New Order" and take a picture or upload your prescription. Our secure system transmits the document to the nearest partner pharmacy for preparation.
Delivery is fulfilled within 2 to 4 hours for Lomé (Golfe, Agoè, Bè, Tokoin, Adidogomé...). Peripheral areas may take 4 to 6 hours. Real-time tracking is available via the app.
